We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and some experience of bar and theatre operations. As the Bar Supervisor, you will oversee daily bar functions, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while also contributing to new product research and partnership deals. You will also undertake duty management responsibilities and act as the most senior staff member on some shifts, and be a keyholder for the building. This is a shared responsibility with other supervisors. This is a predominantly “show call” focussed role and as a result you will be working predominantly evenings and weekends around the theatres performance schedules and operational requirements.
