Rehearsal Space
We're pleased to be able to offer high quality, affordable rehearsal space for hire. We have our Main House, 4Below and Dan Crawford room avaible, to suit a variety of needs. Click on each of the spaces below to find out more.
Main House Hire
The theatre is available to hire Monday - Friday (10:30am - 5:30pm) subject to availability at a cost of £25 ( + VAT) per hour.
It is offered with no tech, only house lighting and with no access to the sound system or theatre lighting rig.
If you would like a technician provided, then the theatre space is £82.50+ VAT (for 3 hours. 3 hour call min) to hire, but please note it will not be a "blank stage" and you will be working on top of someone elses set.
If you'd like to use our space for conferences, readings, filming or other public events please get in touch for bespoke rates.
We have always held the ethos of accessibility and supporting emerging artists; we have subsidised rates available on a case by case basis.

4Below Hire
Our rehearsal room is available to hire Monday - Friday (10:30am - 5:30pm) subject to availability at a cost of £15 ( + VAT) per hour. Please note there is no natural light in this space and you are unable to hire it for exclusive use.
If you'd like to use our space for conferences, readings, filming or other public events please get in touch for bespoke rates.

Dan Crawford Room Hire
Upstairs, the Dan Crawford room is perfect for small auditions, vocal rehearsals and meetings. The room offers nice natural light, overlooking our entrance courtyard.
It is available to hire Monday - Friday (10:30am - 10:00pm) subject to availability at a cost of £8.50( + VAT) per hour. Please note that this space is not accessible except via steps.

Rehearsed Readings
We have availability to host evening readings and showcases in both our Main House and 4Below spaces.
