Theatre Team: Casual Duty Manager
Salary | £14.30 p/h
Contract Type | Casual/Zero Hours
Hours | This role will be a mixture of evenings, days and weekends, depending on show calls.
Overview | The Casual Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of the theatre during building opening hours and show calls. Acting as the senior representative on site, the Duty Manager ensures the highest standards across front of house, box office, bar operations, and building management, while supporting staff, visiting companies, and audiences.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced live environment.
This role would suit anyone interested in taking the next step towards a career in Operational Management, Hospitality Management, or General Management within a theatre environment.
