Theatre Team: Duty Technician (Casual)
Salary | £13.85 p/h
Contract Type | Casual
Hours | This role will predominantly be working evening and weekend shifts around show-call requirements as daytime technical rehearsals.
Overview:
The Duty Technician will be responsible for the smooth running of any show, Ushering performances and providing technical & building specific support to visiting companies, stage management and technical crews.
You will be a member of the Theatre Team. This team is made up of Box Office, Bar, Ushers and Duty Technicians. You may be required to fulfil other areas of the Theatre Team Member role if/when the demands of the company dictate, therefore, any experience within Customer Service may be necessary.

Theatre Team Members will work across Front of House, Bars, Box Office. They will be the first point of contact for customers entering the building and are responsible for the customer experience, for as long as the patrons are in the building.
As a Theatre Team Member you will work to ensure that performances and overall visitor experiences run as smoothly as possible, as well as working with the visiting artists and producers when they are in the building to support their needs as required.
