Ailish studied Creative Producing at the University of Kent, where she learnt about how exciting producing could be. After her studies, she worked at the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury as an Arts Management Trainee, learning the ins and outs of each department in a large-scale arts venue. Under the traineeship, she as assistant producer on two shows as part of the Marlowe Theatre's Studio programme with both the Royal Shakespeare Company, and as a part of the National Theatre's Connections Festival.
Ailish felt like she wanted to expand her Marketing knowledge, and worked as a Marketing Officer at the Marlowe Theatre, focussing on audience loyalty. Now, Ailish is super excited to join all of the different areas she's learnt over the years in this role at the Kings Head Theatre.
