An outrageous, sex-positive new comedy about dogging, porn, and Nick Clegg

"It's a hobby like - it's mostly social"

A quiet change to legislation has resulted in a face-sitting protest outside Westminster. Deputy PM Nick Clegg has declared that the "Government is not there to stick its nose in the bedroom..."

Couple Jaz and Maya unwittingly find themselves at the centre of a political whirlwind, a far cry from their humble beginnings as a couple dogging in the Princess Di Memorial Car Park! Is their weird and wonderful community of doggers enough to shield them from the storm? Can they keep their love alive while fighting for their right to sexual freedom?

Starring Ashling O'Shea (Hollyoaks) and features Ian Hallard (Sherlock, Doctor Who) and Ed Larkin (The Little Big Things). Puppy is an outrageous, sex-positive  comedy about dogging, queerness, porn, face-sitting and Nick Clegg.

Access Performances:

Sensory Reduced Performance - Tuesday 22nd April 21:00

What is a Sensory-Reduced performance?

A sensory-reduced performance is a specially adapted version of the show designed to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for individuals with sensory sensitivities. Performances typically feature adjustments like lower sound levels, softer lighting, reduced audience size, and a relaxed atmosphere where movement and vocalisations are accepted. The aim is to make theatre and live performance more inclusive and accessible to those who find traditional performances difficult or overwhelming.

How will this performance be adapted?

This performance will have reduced flashing lights, reduced sound levels and the house lights will be kept on at a low level throughout. The audience capacity will be smaller, allowing for more space and freedom to move where necessary. Audience members will also be welcome to leave the space as they wish, and listen to the show in one of our quiet spaces. Our front-of-house spaces will feature gentle lighting, and soft, low-volume background music.

We welcome all audience members to bring any devices, tools or gadgets that help them feel comfortable, and rest assured, you will not be asked to turn them off.

There will be no changes to the script, the cast or the quality of the performance.

If you would like to ask us any questions about this performance or for support in booking your tickets, please contact us on boxoffice@kingsheadtheatre.com or 0207 226 8561 between 3pm and 5:30pm.
