Getaway/Runaway

Peep through the window of a dysfunctional family during a crisis & indulge in the all that ensues

“What if I did do it? What if I do remember? And I’m just choosing to blank it out? And what if now I’ve gotten to a point where it’s not even a choice anymore?! That happens doesn’t it?”

At a time of crisis, Eliot and Saoirse go to stay with their estranged father, Mark, and his mysterious new partner, Alice, for the first time since Mark was released from prison.

What follows is a weekend of complications, awkward moments and downright rudeness in this one-act romp of outrage.

Getaway/Runaway is a twisted and darkly comedic family drama brought to you by debut writer Noah McCreadie presented in association with Shot In The Dark Theatre.
