Out of Control

When a flatshare comedy devolves into a farcical thriller...

This show is part of the Platform Festival. Explore the full season & find out more here!

Allegedly terminal writer Gabriel Hollister III’s control-freak flatmate Esmeralda fears he’s going to commit suicide-by-escort and goes to extreme lengths to prevent that. But when she accidentally kills the escort – actually Gabe’s twinky boyfriend Reed – with Reed’s jealous girlfriend Mina on her way, the situation spirals and Esme’s left with a no-win hostage situation. Can she claim back control? Can anyone?

Catch this comedy thriller of carefully controlled chaos.
