Ross originally trained as a performer and director on the European Theatre Arts course at Rose Bruford, before going on to manage and produce for a rural grassroots venue for 3 years and heading up their business development - founding the Westacre LitFest in 2018. He later managed The Fan Museum, Greenwich, for 2 years similarly reinvigorating their regular event offerings and private hire models.
After several years specialising in theatre finance, notably working with Les Enfants Terribles and Aegis Productions, he moved into freelance development producing, assisting on shows in the West End and fringe venues.
He is a published poet, regular Dungeons and Dragons player and doughnut aficionado.
Ross joined the Kings Head Theatre team in 2023 in the first month of the new building’s opening to the public
